In reply to your telegram of the 12th
February in cypher, regarding: antimony. From present
information it does not appear possible to connect
antimony on board the "Chinese "rince" with that
financed by Krupps' agent and unless further evidence
is available there is no ground for stoppin: this
consignment. ilave you any further evidence?
Any such antimony brought in the future to Hong Kong
for shipment or transhipment will fall under
prohibition of exportation directed by my telegram
of 11th February.
